How can I order from You Do Bio?
You can order products from You Do Bio in the following way:
- Send an enquiry from the page of the product you are interested in, using the form.
- For Danish public laboratories, you can order through the EAN/GLN system.
- Send an email and I’ll take care of it.
- For some organizations, You Do Bio is included in the electronic purchasing system.
Let me know if you cannot locate You Do Bio in your system and I will sort it out.
How long does delivery take?
My suppliers deliver your products direct to you from their European warehouses. The most popular items are delivered from You Do Bio’s own warehouse in Denmark. You can expect 2-3 day delivery on most items.
Can I Refund my purchase?
I know that I need to earn your trust and loyalty by delivering on my promises. For this reason, if one of your supplied products fails to work as described, I will work with you to solve the issue. If this process is not successful, we guarantee you a free replacement or free refund.
Can You Do Bio Customize my order?
Through You Do Bio, I have developed close relationships with my suppliers. Like me, their mindset is open when it comes to “going beyond the catalog.”
For you, this means the possibility to get custom packaging and custom production when that suits your needs.
What does You Do Bio Offer?
You Do Bio sells mainly to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland. Some products (you are welcome to enquire) we sell outside of these regions
Can I get a discount on bulk order?
Of course – doesn’t everyone do that 😊 ? At You Do Bio, I operate a low-cost business model. This means that even my list prices are usually very competitive. However, you can get discounts on large orders. Let me know what you need… and get the benefits of even better pricing.
What about technical support?
With You Do Bio, there is no barrier between you and my suppliers. If I am unable to provide sufficient technical support, you can always have direct communication to the companies who have developed and manufactured the products I provide.
What about the prices of your products?
I understand that budgets are tight, but low prices alone are not the answer, because this often affects product quality.
However, as a small operation, my overheads are really low. This means that I am able to offer you the supplier’s list price in most cases.
In addition, I partner with smaller, more flexible and responsive laboratory suppliers. Together, we understand that we have to earn your trust by offering a high value combination of price, quality and support.
