Isothermal PCR (LAMP)

Isothermal PCR is a technique used to amplify DNA or RNA using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). However, in isothermal PCR, the amplification reaction is carried out at a constant temperature, rather than using the traditional PCR protocol, which involves heating and cooling the reaction mixture. Isothermal PCR is often faster and simpler than traditional PCR.
