The CentriPure 1500 desalting column is a gravity-flow column pre-packed with a high-performance size-exclusion resin. It is designed for the fast and efficient purification, and buffer exchange of proteins, DNA, RNA, and other macromolecules by removing low-molecular-weight components such as salts, dyes, or unreacted reagents.

This 150 mL desalting column is perfect for larger research-scale, or production-scale purification of proteins and nucleic acids.
