The CentriPure 50 desalting column is a gravity-flow column pre-packed with Zetadex® resin for fast and efficient desalting and buffer exchange of nucleic acids and proteins. It removes small molecules like salts, dyes, and unincorporated labels while preserving target biomolecules through size-exclusion gel filtration.
