CentriPure 500, a 50 mL Desalting Column – Gravity-Flow Gel Filtration for Large-Volume Samples

The CentriPure 500 desalting column is pre-packed with a size-exclusion matrix designed for the fast and efficient removal of low-molecular-weight substances such as salts, dyes, or unreacted labeling reagents. It separates molecules larger than 5 kDa (approx. 10 base pairs) from smaller molecules using gravity-flow gel filtration.

The column is ideal for use with high-volume samples and supports convenient buffer exchange or sample cleanup before downstream processes like enzymatic reactions, labeling, or analysis.

This 50 mL desalting column is perfect for larger research-scale, or production-scale purification of protein and nucleic acids.
