Ribo-off rRNA Depletion Plants Kit enables efficient removal of cytoplasmic and organellar rRNA from plant total RNA samples. Can be used on plant roots, seeds and leaves. Using a highly optimized RNase H digestion system, this kit selectively degrades rRNA molecules, enriching for messenger RNA and non-coding RNA without the need for poly(A) selection.
Compatible with RNA from flowering plants and a wide range of other species, it ensures higher sensitivity, greater transcriptome coverage, and deeper RNA-seq analysis.
