The PuroSPIN-96™ Plant Genomic DNA Purification Kit is a high throughput method designed to purify genomic DNA from variety of plant species and tissues types. The kit greatly simplifies the purification process by incorporating a convenient and easy-to-use extraction technology based on nucleic acid binding to a silica membrane assembled in each well of a 96-well plate. Use of the silica membrane for purififcation, eliminates the toxic phenol-chloroform extraction or time consuming alcohol precipitation.

High throughput – DNA extraction/purification procedure from up to 384 samples is completed under 60 min
High quantity/quality – Typically up to 50 µg of DNA from 100 mg of sample with excellent ratios of A260/280 (≥ 1.7) and A260/230 (≥ 2.0)
