Are you using liquid chromatography separation methods for your proteins (e.g. antibodies, enzymes) or nucleic acids? Then you should probably take a look at EMP Biotech‘s ZetaSep FPLC columns. At the very least, these columns should be as good as what you are currently using, but you are probably going to find that the price is “interesting” too, to say the least. EMP are so flexible, they have just started offering their columns in single column packs. In my opinion, definitely worth a try.
