The qMAXSen™ One-Step Probe RT-qPCR Kit (Low Rox™) is a complete one-step kit that offers enhanced specificity, sensitivity, and yields in a single tube for cDNA Synthesis and qPCR. The kit includes a 2x concentrated qPCR MasterMix, containing all necessary reagents for PCR reactions, except for primers, probe, and template. A separate RT mix, with a balanced mixture of both RTase and RNase Inhibitor, is also supplied.
This particular variant, the Low Rox™ kit, is specifically optimized for use with real-time PCR instruments that do not require a high concentration of passive reference dye. The kit is versatile and compatible with a wide range of probe technologies including Taqman®, Molecular Beacons®, and Scorpion® Probes.
