DNase I (Deoxyribonuclease I) is an endonuclease enzyme that can degrade DNA by cleaving phosphodiester linkages in the DNA backbone. DNase I is commonly used in RNA purification protocols to remove contaminating DNA.

This DNase I enzyme is RNase-free, supplied as lyophilized powder. Each tube contains DNAse I enzyme with a total activity of 550U (units).
